When we started 2G TechWorks, Inc. in 2000, we began with a simple premise. Let's not be another it consulting
firm, let's be a customer service
company who does technology. Our focus is simple. We serve our customers.
didn't start out talking, we started out listening. And it's what drives our company today. We listen to our clients, listen to our customers, and help them find answers that make sense to them. We work in plain English and we're not afraid of talking about mission statements, ROI, corporate goals and fixed budgets. Our goal is to help our clients understand what their options are and help them find good solutions to meet their IT challenges.
We started with TWO GOALS
1. Focus on the customer, and
2. Do good work.
And TWO GAMBLES
1. That our customers would appreciate our honesty, and
2. That we'd make money before we went broke.
We operate with TWO GUIDING PRINCIPLES
1. Listen to the customer, and
2. Always tell them the truth.
